We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location couldn't be better, right on the doorstep of the seafront and just a stone's throw away from Brighton pier. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.
We would highly recommend this place to all our friends.

Cleanliness: Everything was super clean and well-maintained. Location close to the sea: Just a stone's throw from the beach, with fine views. Breakfast: Delicious and varied options, including gluten-free choices.

The hotel was perfectly situated just off the beach, giving us quick access to the fun of the city centre, pier, and fantastic bars and restaurants in Kemptown. The room was clean and stylishly decorated, with a comfy bed and a modern ensuite bathroom. The owners were amazing, providing a warm welcome and delicious made-to-order breakfast using locally sourced produce. We also enjoyed the charming details like Christmas crackers on our pillows and love sweets by the tea and coffee.
Perhaps the room was a bit small, but it still felt cosy and clean.
